Serving the Poorest People in the World on the Worst Day of Their Lives

In keeping with our semi-annual tradition, we’ve taken the revenue from selling conservatarian kitsch–it seems the dogma still lives loudly within many of you!–and contributed to projects on DonorSee.

The bulk of the income from this period went to a widow named Iye in Freetown, Sierra Leone, to help meet some of her most basic needs. Learn more about this project, sponsored by Cry4Humanity, here. Thanks to your purchases, we were able to get this project over the funding finish line.

The remainder of the income went to a young child named Fatimata in Sierra Leone in need of money to pay for medical expenses and related costs to treat malaria, malnutrition, and other illnesses. Learn more about this project, also sponsored by Cry4Humanity, here. More is needed to fund this project in full, so please consider joining us and contributing as you are able.

And, in general, if you haven’t yet explored DonorSee, please do! There are many good causes to support in the world, to be sure, but DonorSee stands out among them, in our view, for making such an immediate, tangible, and critical impact in the lives of others.

“From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded.”  –Luke 12:48
